MP plastic blow molding machine is designed for processing a wide range of plastic hollow products made from high molecule materials. It is capable of producing hollow items in sizes ranging from 5 milliliters to 100 liters. Features:

a) The extruding device employs a variable frequency motor to meet the needs of screw rotation adjustments during the blowing process. With a high slenderness ratio, the screw is capable of processing various materials efficiently, offering strong plasticizing ability, high production output, and low energy consumption. The barrel is equipped with a resistance heater that is computer-controlled, ensuring quick, stable, and uniform heating.

b) By fitting different heads in a combined extrusion system between two extrusion machines, products can be blown with a single view strip line or double layers.

c) The mould clamping device features a toggle type design and linear guider. With a double station setup, the mould platen moves faster and more stably.

d) The hydraulic oil loop has been improved with a design that prioritizes power saving, while achieving rapid and stable operation.

e) The installation and maintenance of hydraulic elements are made convenient on this machine, which includes a removable and mobile oil tank for easy access.

f) This entire machine is computer-controlled, with its hydraulic system employing double proportional control. It also includes fault automatic alarm, ensuring reliable operations, high automation levels, and the ability to store data for up to 40 sets of moulds.

g) Three operation modes - "Manual," "Semi Auto," and "Full Auto" - can be selected as needed.

h) The safety door is equipped with electric and mechanical safety devices to prevent mould closing when the door is open, enhancing overall safety and reliability during operations.

i) This machine offers two blowing functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting.
